Coaches & staff relocation FAQ
Can you help a newly hired coach find housing quickly?
Yes. Coaching hires often move in days, not months. Mary arranges furnished temporary housing near campus or the team facility first, so you can start right away, then helps your family find the right home on a calmer timeline.
Do you work with assistant coaches and support staff, not just head coaches?
Yes. Mary works with head coaches, coordinators, assistant coaches, strength and conditioning staff, athletic trainers, recruiting and operations staff, athletic directors and front-office staff.
Which communities are closest to USF, Georgia Tech and other programs?
The Lifestyle Map estimates the drive from any address to college athletic facilities in Tampa Bay and Atlanta. For example, Avila is about 16 minutes from USF's athletics facilities, and Ansley Park is about 6 minutes from Georgia Tech's Bobby Dodd Stadium, before traffic.
Can you help me sell my current home in another state?
Mary can connect you with a trusted agent in your current market and coordinate timing, so selling and buying work together.
Can you help with housing for student-athletes or recruits?
Housing help, discounts or other benefits for current or prospective student-athletes can raise NCAA and NIL compliance issues. Mary works with coaches and staff, and coordinates with the school's compliance office before assisting any student-athlete.
